
Try this super simple, fresh green smoothie this Saint Pattys Day! It is perfect for breakfast or makes for a great mid-day snack.
Ingredients:
3 cups fresh or frozen fruit. I used fresh strawberries, pineapple, and banana
2 cups spinach (rinsed)
1-1.5 cups milk (depending on your preferred thickness). I used 1% milk but you could also use soy, coconut, or nut milk
1 cup ice (if you use fresh fruit)
Directions:

1. Blend together ice (if using fresh fruit), milk, and spinach until smooth

2. Add fruits and blend again until smooth

3. That's it, you're done!
